The Herb Brooks National Hockey Center

Parking:
Paid hourly parking is available in the Husky Pay Lot located on the east side of the facility adjacent to the practice rink. Parking is available in Lot K with a parking pass only.  Parking is enforced year-round by St. Cloud State University.

Home of SCSU Men's and Women's Hockey

The facility was renamed in honor of the legendary hockey coach Herb Brooks in April 2013.  Brooks coached at SCSU for one season in 1986-87 and he played a pivotal role in the Huskies' move to the NCAA Division I level and helped secure funding for the construction of the facility in the 1980s.

The St. Cloud State Huskies Hockey Performance Center opened in 2019-20 and the facility provides 5,000 square feet of space that features a variety of training equipment, a turf and agility area and a shooting and stick-handling area.

The facility has been a long-time host for the USA Hockey Player Development camps, and many Minnesota State High School League playoff games.
